Lead Paint Inspection
We perform a surface-by-surface investigation to determine whether there is lead-based paint in a home or child-occupied facility, and where it is located. Inspections can be performed legally only by certified inspectors. Lead-based paint inspections determine the presence of lead in paint, dust, and soil using precise testing. It is particularly helpful in identifying where lead is present prior to purchasing, renting, or renovating a home, and to identify potential sources of lead exposure at any time.
Mold Assessment
Using state-of-the-art assessment procedures and equipment, including an infared camera, we evaluate the air quality and moisture content in hidden areas of your home or business. We identify the sources of moisture and water intrusion that may be causing mold growth which can affect property values and occupants' health.
Consulting Services
We advise clients on regulatory compliance requirements, specializing in lead paint regulations, and OSHA compliance regarding airborne hazards.
Deleading Training
Moderate-Risk Deleading Certification Course
This one day, online class is for property owners and their agents who would like to become authorized to perform moderate-risk deleading. The training is designed to give owners and agents an understanding of the Lead Law and its requirements and prepare them do the work themselves.
